On Windows 2000.

The requirements for .Net Framework 3.5 do not include Windows 2000, 2000 Server, 2000 Advanced Server, etc.

Will CallBlocker work with previous versions of the .NET Framework?

I know no one responded to this so I'll make a quick response, as long as the developer stays up to date with the developement library, and you stay up to date with whatever Microsoft offers for updates, you should maintain and remain backwardly compatibile. An exception occurs when Microsoft says they will no longer support a past Operating System in any way. In your case http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?p1=7274 states that Microsoft will continue extended support until 07/13/2010, this means they will continue to produce patches to remain compatible but will no longer issue any service packs, so you should remain compatible with any updates to this program as long as the developer also reamins up to date with their libraries. However, all you need do when Microsoft no longer supports the OS is make no updates to Cold Call Blocker after that date, and you should have a program that works. Unless, of course, the developer would no longer update their library, in which case they also wouldn't long remain compatible with any new users.

Hi everyone,

If enough people want this, then we'll put aside plans for things like a Mac OS ColdCallBlocker client and create a version for older Windows machines too.

Show of hands?
